The developing outlook indicates that we could lower or raise the ratings, depending on whether the company's sofi needs a ladder liquidity position continues to deteriorate or improves.             SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 11, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its corporate credit rating on Guaynabo, Puerto Rico-based wireless carrier PRWireless Inc. PRWireless, along with other Puerto Rican telecommunication providers, services a significant number of lower-income customers sofi needs a ladder that qualify for a governmental Lifeline financial assistance program.
