Professor of Unilab Hugo Consciousness Silvestre, newly arrived from Portugal, donates vorstadtkrokodile two of his works, "The Public Management: Models in Public Service Delivery" and "Methodology for social research", the University Library. The book "Public Management: Models of Provision in the Public Service" is the result of his doctoral thesis and presents
